For four decades, Chris Zmolik has built additions that don’t look like additions — expansions matched so closely to the original home that you’d think they had always been there.
Navigating city and county regulations, matching existing architecture, and keeping a job site clean throughout — an addition takes a different kind of attention than new construction.
Chris and his wife Kathy have five kids and twelve grandkids, and they build every addition like it’s for their own family.
Additions built to match the original home’s architecture, inside and out.
Navigating city and county regulations so the project stays on track.
Clear communication and budget tracking at every step of the project.
An exceptionally clean job site maintained from start to finish.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We added onto our 1969 home inside the city limits, which meant navigating a lot of city regulations and requirements. We already had architectural plans, and Chris took those plans and brought them to life exactly as we envisioned. The addition blends seamlessly with the original house — if you didn’t know it was an addition, you’d think it had always been there. Throughout the project he stayed on budget, communicated every step of the way, kept an exceptionally clean job site, and was professional from start to finish. We were so impressed that we recommended him to family. He completed a major renovation for my cousin, including a new primary closet and redesigned bathroom, and they’re just as thrilled with the results. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
Tell Chris about your project and he’ll be in touch to set up a conversation.
